The Convenor oversees all aspects of Ents Crew ensuring that the Committee is supported and that the Crew receives training and volunteer opportunities.
The deputy works with the Convenor as the second in command. They will take on all responsibilities of the Convenor in the event that they are not available.
The Secretary's job is to record minutes from Committee meetings and make them available upon request.
The Treasurer's job is to create the Ents Crew budget and monitor the usage of the money throughout the year.
The Training Officer is responsible for delivering or organising all training to members of Committee and Crew.
The Deputy Training Officer supports the Training Officer with their role and takes on administrative duties to help.
The Marketing and Engagement Officer is responsible for maintaining Ents Crew's social media presence and helping with the engagement of new members.
The Social and Welfare Officer organises the Crew socials and is the main point of contact for any member of Committee or Crew who have any welfare or wellbeing concerns.
The Technical Supervisor, as Union Staff, supports user groups and their events in the Union.
